Where Your Statements Come From

Updated

MyFuelSavings reads your Open Roads settlement statements: the PDF files Open Roads sends you by email.

What to Look For

  • A PDF attached to the email, not the email itself.
  • On the first page: “Open Roads Solutions,” the title “Agent Paid Settlement Summary,” and a TR ID.
  • A statement from 2024 or later. Open Roads changed its statement format in 2024, and the older statements don’t list gallons, so your savings per gallon can’t be worked out from them.

Upload the Original PDF

Upload the file exactly as Open Roads sent it. A screenshot, a photo or a scan of a statement has no readable text in it, so it can’t be read.

Upload each statement on its own. An Open Roads statement is one or two pages, and a file that combines several statements or other documents may be refused as too long.

Uploading the Same Statement Twice

That’s fine. A statement you’ve already uploaded replaces itself rather than being counted twice, and it doesn’t use up another free statement.
